Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. There are no exceptions — by completing a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them — unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene-related products, thorough cleaning is required before returning.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, stockings, and certain personal care products.

Initiating a return: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@mabelanddaughters.com and include your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refunds

Process: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 30 days and credited to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account. If the refund has still not appeared, please contact us at support@mabelanddaughters.com.

Costs

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. The return address is located in China. Shipping costs start from at least HUF 14,000 and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Defective or incorrect products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If an issue occurs for a second time, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated processing system.
